OLYMPIC DIPLOMACY UNITED KOREA

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson welcomed the top Chinese diplomat, Yang Jiechi to Washington, D.C. this week in a show of diplomacy.

The two discussed a wide range of issues including tensions on the Korean peninsula. Both reiterated a commitment to the U.S.-China relationship.

At the Winter Olympic ceremony, in PyeongChang, the Korean team marched united under a joint flag.
