Kids in Texas try Mutton Bustin' Sheep Racing

Houston’s rodeo is the biggest in the world, attracting famous names in bull riding, bareback riding, and steer wrestling. But it’s the youngsters who have stolen the show with what has become a fan favorite — sheep racing.

It’s called Mutton Bustin’, little 5 and 6 year-old kids under 55 pounds racing on sheep for a full eight seconds.

Most aren’t able to make it as they hang on for dear life, often on the side of the sheep before finally falling off.

Meanwhile, parents yell and scream as they cheer on their children while hoping for the best.
