Winner and losers of Trump's tax reform plan

When U.S. President Donald Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in December, that lowered the U.S. corporate tax rate and allowed U.S. companies to repatriate their foreign earnings at a discounted rate.

Republicans said it would provide a big boost to U.S. employment and push wages higher.

Three months after its implementation there is no indication this is happening.  CGTN’s Karina Huber reports.
