Trump praises Xi’s ‘enlightenment’ on US-China trade issues

U.S. President Donald Trump joined global markets in reacting positively to Chinese President Xi Jiinping’s speech to the Boao Forum.

Trump said that he is thankful for Xi’s remarks, praising his “enlightenment on intellectual property and technology transfers.”
