Iran and Russia dominated a meeting of the G7 in Toronto, despite their absence from the event.

British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson condemned what he called Moscow’s “malign behavior,” while the future of the Iran nuclear deal was discussed in the wake of Trump administration threats.

An upcoming inter-Korean summit was also a focus.
