High-stakes trade diplomacy is underway in Washington, with Chinese Vice Premier Liu He leading a delegation from Beijing.

Liu met with with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, and US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer.

He then met with U.S. President Donald Trump in the Oval Office.
