Self-driving cars have been seen as the next multi-billion dollar business, especially in China.

Tech giants like Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent have all jumped on board as dozens of startups.

But there is one big problem – how to find enough qualified engineers and talent to develop driverless cars.

So many Chinese self-driving companies go to Silicon Valley.
