The Creative Director works with senior management, show producers and technical staff to oversee the ‘look and feel’ of all broadcasts.
Managing a team of designers to help carry out the tasks, the Creative Director oversees show branding, graphics, set design and on-air promos.
The Creative Director serves as a liaison between creative and content production, working in concert with the technical team to help produce up to eight hours a day of international news programming from our Broadcast Center in Washington, D.C.
The successful candidate must be able to offer options to the rest of the management team to help create original, innovative, and dynamic output.
A minimum of 8 years of work experience in the related area required

Strong design and video production skills
Critical thinking and strategic decision making
Professional presentation skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Agility and responsiveness to deadlines
Ability to manage workflow and deadlines for multiple projects
Strong design and typography skills
Experience with motion graphics, 2D & 3D animation
Strong knowledge of video editing
Great attention to detail and creativity in problem solving
Fluent English, written and spoken
Team-oriented, can-do attitude
Required Technical Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
Proficient using both MAC and PC
Knowledge of ENPS helpful
