In a white paper titled, “China and the World Trade Organization,” China said it will continue to open up in a “more comprehensive, profound and diversified way.”

The document outlines China’s achievements since joining the World Trade Organization in 2001. Those achievements include boosting world economic recovery and growth, reducing import tariffs, and opening the services market.
