As tourism grows around the world, more travelers are looking for unique experiences- to bring home not only memories, but maybe even a new skill. 

They’re also interested in sustainable practices. That’s giving rise to community tourism, where the visitor trades experiences with local communities to get a better sense of how residents live, eat and work.
