China: US tariff move against Beijing cannot resolve trade imbalance

Yet another chapter in the trade war between China and the U.S.

Beijing has threatened to hit back with fresh tariffs if Washington ramps-up its own duties on Chinese imports.

However, the two sides are at least holding informal discussions.
