‘Jisa Biz’ campaign in Tokyo to ease commuter rush

Earlier this summer, the governor of Tokyo launched a campaign to make the morning rush hour a little easier for the millions of train commuters in the city.

It’s promoting flexible work hours and telecommuting through its ‘Jisa Biz’ campaign, which has enlisted municipal governments and more than 700 companies including Hitachi.
