When you think of places outside of China with large Chinese communities, Colorado doesn’t come to mind.

The western U.S. state has a fairly small Chinese-American population, but it has established a strong presence as an adoptive Chinese community.

Since the 1990’s, some 80,000 Chinese children have been adopted by American families. Snow Wu is the President of Children of All Nations an international adoption agency. She explained to CGTN’s Elaine Reyes how the “end” of China’s one-child policy is impacting adoptions.
