Power station blast as Venezuela’s outages enter fifth day

A power station explosion in Caracas, as Venezuela suffered another day of power cuts. The blast added to a political crisis, with President Nicolas Maduro blaming the U.S.

While the opposition pointed the finger at Venezuela’s own government. CGTN’s Stephen Gibbs reported from Caracas.
