The Trump administration is working to expand a facility that is holding migrant children in Florida. The privately-run Homestead Temporary Shelter for Unaccompanied Children currently holds about 1,500 children between the ages of 13-17 years old. The Department of Health and Human Services has said that it will expand it to house twice as many children. But critics say that the children are being treated like prisoners. CGTN Digital reports.
