Apple wrapped its big event with the usual fanfare. But it’s a little different this time- no new hardware at all. No new iPhone or laptop computers – just pure services.

The venture into movies and TV comes as Apple has been facing challenges on many fronts.

CEO Tim Cook recently admitted that iPhone demand had waned. One major factor is the China market, where sales have slumped amid the ongoing trade tensions.

But the company continues to explore new ways to keep generating revenue.
