Algeria’s army chief says President Bouteflika unfit to rule

There’s new political uncertainty in Algeria. The Army chief-of-staff is turning against his boss, President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, seeking to have him declared unfit for office.

The move follows weeks of protests against the president.
