US businesses demand carbon tax

Seventy-five businesses with a combined market cap of $2.5 trillion are calling on the U.S. Congress to pass a carbon tax – to combat climate change.

The group includes organic food brands, tech firms like Microsoft and Tesla and big oil producers like BP and Shell.
