For more than 100 years, visitors to Niagara Falls have seen the majesty of the waterfalls and also a small boat trapped on nearby rocks. But that may not be for much longer.

CGTN’s Gerald Tan reports.

It was a permanent fixture in Niagara Falls for over a century. Until this past week. The Iron Scow is a historic boat that’s been stuck on a rocky perch since 1918.

But a storm dislodged the landmark, flipped it on its side, and moved it downriver.

It’s now closer to the falls bordering Canada’s province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York.

The Niagara Park authority says how long the iron dumping barge sits in its new position, is anyone’s guess.

Grease. Olivia Newton-John. ‘You’re the One that I Want.’

The Australian actress has been promoting the unforgettable outfit she wears in the final scene of the 1978 musical film.

The black leather jacket and skin-tight trousers ended up fetching more than $400,000 at a charity auction in Beverly Hills.

In Brazil,  millions of students leaving high school are sitting for national exams. It’s led to everything from memes expressing regret to Tik Tok videos by anxious test takers.

They’re trending under the hashtag Enem, an acronym for the tests used to determine university admissions, scholarships, and exchange programs.

Enem is such an integral part of the Brazilian education system that companies are cashing in with ads – this one telling students to take a break with a cookie.

And, on the subject of cookies, the International Space Station is about to smell a whole lot better.

A cargo ship has delivered nearly four tons of supplies, including an oven and chocolate chip cookie dough. All in the name of science, of course.

The astronauts will be experimenting if they can bake in space – a giant leap from the current freeze-dried foods they consume. If tests go well, they’ll be enjoying cookies that are truly out of this world.
