After more than a year of negotiations between the United States and China, the two sides are preparing to sign a partial deal this week.
Chinese Vice Premier Liu He and a ten-member delegation arrived in Washington Monday afternoon.
Liu is expected to join U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House on Wednesday for a much anticipated signing ceremony.
