Choruses of Auld Lang Syne echoed the European Parliament in Brussels Wednesday. A bittersweet farewell following the final vote marking the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union.

After years of contentious, often vicious debate among politicians and every day citizens – At 11pm, January 31, the United Kingdom will no longer be a part of Europe.

But what does this effectively mean? How will business, trade, immigration, and British identity be transformed?

And who’s ready for what’s next?
