The World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Around the world, neighborhoods, cities, and entire regions have been placed on lockdown to reduce the spread of the virus.

In most areas, citizens have been told to self-quarantine at home if they – or someone they’ve been exposed to – was diagnosed, or is exhibiting symptoms of the coronavirus.

But how do you decide if it’s time to self-quarantine? And, with the list of outbreaks expanding by the hour, how can we prepare in a way that will keep us – and our loved ones – healthy, safe… and sane.
