The European Union is proposing a ban on nonessential travel for 30 days. In many cities on the continent, streets are empty. Countries are enforcing a lock-down and in many places, people are keeping their distance from each other even while lining up to buy groceries. Here in the United States, President Donald Trump announced new guidelines, telling Americans to avoid gatherings in groups of more than 10 people and to stay away from bars and restaurants.
