The head of the WHO, Tedros Ghebreyesus, says there are worrying upward trends in Africa, Central and South America and is calling on all countries to remain vigilant.

U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order barring new immigration for people seeking permanent resident cards or green cards for the next sixty days.
