Farmers across the country are facing significant crop losses and unprecedented market challenges. Thousands of acres of fruits and vegetables grown in Florida are being plowed over or left to rot because farmers can’t sell to restaurants, cruise ships, or hotels, losses estimates to exceed 500 million dollars since the pandemic began.
