Nearly five million people have been infected with the new coronavirus around the world. And the death toll is close to three hundred and twenty-two thousand.

The United States is the country with the highest number of cases and deaths – and President Donald Trump is blaming the World Health Organization and China.

The coronavirus has been with us for several months now. And doctors around the world are learning and adjusting their treatments to save patients.

Jose Pascual, an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, spoke about what have doctors and scientists discovered about the virus.
