Amid COVID-19 crisis, vulnerable Venezuelan migrants has been forced to return home

Venezuelans migrated to neighboring countries seeking to build a better future for themselves and their families. The circumstances surrounding their massive migration were complicated but over time many made the decision to depart. They could plan where to go and how to do so.
