One of the biggest beauty complaints during the pandemic has been the state of one’s hair. With hair salons shut down for months, grey has become the new blond. DIY hair kits have grown in popularity but for many it didn’t do the trick. New York’s hair salons are gearing up to reopen and at one salon clients are lining up to pay $1,000 dollars a cut.
