U.S. battles COVID-19 and Cuba’s medical aid

The Heat

There are now more than 3.8 million known cases of coronavirus reported in the U.S. and thousands more deaths are expected in the next few weeks.

The crisis is a major challenge for states whose hospitals are pushed to the limit as they battle the pandemic.

Meanwhile, Cuba’s medical teams continue to offer international aid with their doctors and nurses helping countries fight coronavirus across the world.
