Engineers build Peru's first domestically-made ventilator

Peru is one of the worst-hit countries in the COVID-19 pandemic, with one of the highest mortality rates.

Hospitals say they don’t have enough beds or medical equipment.

A group of Peruvian engineers at a university stepped in to help developing the country’s first domestically built ventilator.
