Concerns mount if the pandemic could cause delay in election results

It’s been twenty years since the infamous Florida recount dispute during the 2000 U.S. presidential election between Al Gore and George W. Bush. 

The outcome of the election was ultimately decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. 

This year, there are fears the coronavirus pandemic could trigger another delay in election results for both voters and candidates after November 3rd.
