American parents turn to 'Pandemic Pods' for school during COVID-19

One of the trickiest parts of the pandemic is figuring out what to do with schools.

Many U.S. teachers and their students will be returning this fall with a remote plan or a hybrid option that allows for partial in-person instruction.

This has put tremendous stress on families who have been scrambling for ways to minimize risk of infection.

What has resulted is the emergence of so-called “pandemic pods.”
