U.N. prepares for U.S. reengagement

America is on the cusp of a new presidency that many people in diplomatic circles hope will herald in a new era in U.S. foreign policy.

And perhaps nowhere is that optimism more palpable than at the United Nations, which has come under heavy fire from Donald Trump during his four years in office.

UN watchers expect the incoming Biden administration will change the course and bring back a more workable U.S.-UN relationship.
