In a speech at the U.S. State Department, President Biden stressed the importance of diplomacy, engaging allies and competitors. 

The U.S. President announced major foreign policy shifts with the war in Yemen, climate change and said Washington is ready to work with Beijing when it is in America’s interest.

President Biden also announced new policies when it comes to refugees.
