People face shaming for traveling during COVID-19 pandemic

A year after the pandemic, many people are experiencing pandemic fatigue and have started to travel.

While there are clear ways to minimize COVID risks while traveling, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is currently advising against non-essential travel.

To travel or not to travel is ultimately a personal choice but those who do travel face the very real possibility of being shamed for traveling amid a pandemic. CGTN’s Karina Huber reports.
