Thousands of legislators and advisers joined President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People for the annual political meetings known as Two Sessions. The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference is expected to address a range of issues from economics to foreign affairs. And the National People’s Congress will vote on important pieces of legislation, including the 14th five-year plan.
