When President Biden took office back in January the top domestic priority was the Covid-19 pandemic. And while that remains true today, the administration is in the midst of dealing with some other domestic crises, while trying to advance the president’s policy agenda. It’s a delicate balance made more difficult by a deeply divided Congress.
