The Heat: Biden’s domestic plans and police accused of excessive force

The Heat

Members of the United States Congress are back in Washington after the Easter break and there is a lot on their agenda as President Biden tries to move forward with some of his major domestic priorities.

President Biden wants Congress to approve his massive $2 trillion infrastructure and jobs plan that he recently outlined. Another big issue for the Biden Administration is immigration with a growing crisis at the U.S. border with Mexico where large numbers of children are being detained after crossing illegally into the country.

Plus new controversy involving another police shooting of an African American motorist and the arrest of a Black-Latino Army officer by Virginia police.
