Brazil’s subsidiary of China’s State Grid Corporation, the world’s largest utility company, has been investing heavily in the country’s power distribution, but also in social development.

More than a year into the pandemic, one of the company’s key social projects – a symphony orchestra from one of Rio de Janeiro’s biggest favelas – is performing in a singular way.
