We will talk to the president of this year’s UNGA and also an interview with Sierra Leone’s president Julius Maada Bio. We spoke about a wide range of issues, from climate change to COVID-19 to relations with China.

With the number of global deaths from COVID-19 approaching five million, this year’s UN General Assembly is taking place at an unprecedented time.

The world is also grappling with climate change and a slowing global economy.

Correspondent Xu Dezhi sat down with Abdulla Shahid, president of the 76th UN General Assembly, to discuss those issues.
