In Brazil, a bombshell report by a Senate panel, delivered scathing criticism of President Jair Bolsonaro and his government for their role in the COVID-19 public health disaster.

It includes recommendations for formal criminal charges and for actions that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Brazilians.
