A scathing Brazilian senate committee report on the government’s COVID-19 response was delivered Wednesday morning to the office of the country’s prosecutor general.

It recommends formal charges be brought against President Jair Bolsonaro and dozens of others.

But CGTN’s Paulo Cabral reports, that doesn’t mean that the Brazilian president will end up in court.
