Supply chain crunch hits smaller retailers hard

World leaders are firefighting what were once mostly invisible to many of us: supply chains.

But the growing prevalence of online shopping and same-day delivery has put this complex topic center stage in our lives.

And now they’re witnessing shortages and inflation as unleashed demand that was pent-up during the pandemic outstrips supplies, driving prices up.

And while it’s critical for the biggest retailers, there’s potentially more at stake for the smallest.
