Honduras will hold general elections this weekend in a vote that will decide the country’s elected leaders – from mayors to members of parliament, to the president – for the next four years.

With the country grappling with issues ranging from corruption, drug trafficking, the pandemic, hurricanes and fake news –  exactly how the next administration will tackle the country’s issues remains unclear.
