In Cuba, Havana’s Chinatown is already buzzing with activities to celebrate the  Chinese New Year. Residents and visitors also mark the occasion through ongoing restoration projects to revitalize their community, one of the oldest Chinatowns in Latin America. CGTN’s Luis Chirino has more.
