Chaos in Brazil as floods and landslides complicate rescue efforts

More than 120 people have been killed in the historic mountain city of Petropolis, in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro. 

On Tuesday the city was hit by deadly flash floods and landslides. New and heavy downpours have disrupted efforts to find more survivors.
