Last week, Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador began a five-day tour to four Central American countries and Cuba to strengthen regional cooperation relations.

The tour takes place as Mexico tries to help contain an irregular wave of migrants through Central American countries toward the U.S.-Mexico border.
