Brazil wastes 40% of its children’s talent, says World Bank study

The Covid-19 outbreak had a much worst impact on children’s potential in Brazil than expected. According to a new study by the World Bank, the country wastes 40% of its children’s talent.

The Brazilian report is part of the Bank’s Human Capital Project, an initiative launched in 2018 to make governments aware of the importance of investing in human potential.
