One month since U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade

On June 24 the U.S. Supreme Court made one of the most momentous decisions in the country’s history. It’s overturning of the federal right to abortion had been expected after the leaking of its draft decision.

But it nevertheless transformed what was considered a constitutional right protecting the most vulnerable women in society.

And pro-choice lawmakers say there are potentially far-reaching consequences from Roe vs Wade that they’re now trying to prevent.
