A troubling trend in the red-hot housing market.  According to the National Association of Realtors, the gap between white and black homeownership is widening – with fewer African Americans owning their own home now than a decade ago and there are concerns that rising mortgage rates and sky-high housing prices will put the American dream even further out of reach for black families.
